The Belfast Giants will travel to Germany, Czech Republic and Sweden in the forthcoming group stage of the Champions Hockey League.
Today’s CHL draw, that took place at the IIHF World Championships in Bratislava, Slovakia, place the Giants in Group C with Augsburg Panthers of the DEL, HC Bílí Tygři Liberec of Czech Extraliga and Luleå HF of Sweden’s SHL.
Giants Head Coach Adam Keefe travelled to Bratislava, following the completion of his Team GB duties, to join Head of Hockey Operations, Steve Thornton to witness the draw.
Games will be scheduled shortly, with the tournament due to begin with Game Day 1 on 29th/30th August.
